Foyer Painting in Melbourne CBD
Ewen Strata Management are a Melbourne based Owners Corporation Management business managing a portfolio of properties across the inner and metropolitan areas of Melbourne. One of the properties within their portfolio, located in the Melbourne CBD, required painting works to the foyer area and some maintenance to the utility areas.
City Handyman were engaged by one of the Owners Corporation Managers to re-paint the foyer area, converting a feature section near the letterboxes from an existing green colour to a light toned grey colour, to re-paint the lift lobby area and storeroom doors in the same light grey, and to patch some areas of ceiling and wall damage in the hallways leading to the bin and bike storage areas. We also undertook some minor handyman maintenance including re-attaching a partition in the toilet area, re-securing a door stop and re-attaching a door closer. Colour used on the foyer painting component was Dulux Tranquil Retreat.
