Vehicles, Tools & Materials

We use different vehicles for different jobs and divisions and also carry on-board different tools and materials, depending on the division and job.

Any job-specific materials required for jobs can either be supplied by the client or sourced and supplied by City Handyman. 

Below is a summary of some of the vehicles, tools and materials we routinely work with.  

Assembly Division:

Vehicles

Depending on the job location, we use scooters and bikes for the City Handyman Assembly service. 

Tools

On the scooters, the toolkits are compact and fit under the seats, on a bicycle, the tools can be carried via backpack or bike rack. Tools include: compact drill, compact driver, set of drill bits, driver bits, pliers, allen keys, stanley knife, screwdrivers, small socket set

Materials

Minor selection of screws, brackets, washers, plugs

Pro & Projects Divisions:

We use traditional trade vans and utes for the City Handyman Pro & City Handyman Project jobs. These vehicles  are stocked with a wider tool range, and a healthy mix of handy materials and consumables.

  • Grinding discs for metal and masonry/tile

  • Masonry Wall Plugs (Star Plugs, eg red, green, blue)
  • Wallmates & Toggle style fixings for hollow walls
  • Clear General All Purpose silicon - Clear (Parfix Bunnings)
  • Bathroom Silicon - White  (Parfix Bunnings)

Painting Division:

We use traditional trade vans and utes for the City Handyman Painting division jobs. These vehicles  are stocked with a wide tool and equipment range, including ladders, drop sheets, etc., along with a mix of materials and consumables.
