Preparation for sale: Ensuring that properties can be marketed and presented in the best possible way in order to achieve best results for vendors. Each property is different. We can consult on budget, desired levels of finishes and works required. We aim to ensure that things within a property work in the way that they should.
Rental Property Maintenance: Minor general rental property maintenance and tidy work as required during or between tenancies. Note: We do not do vacate cleaning and recommend engaging cleaning companies for this type of work.
Cabinetry: Component repairs, hinge adjustment and standard hinge replacement, basic drawer repairs, securing shelving
Patching and Painting: Repairs and filling of holes, scuffs and water damaged areas, minor patch and paint works. Touch-up painting, wall and ceiling painting, refresh painting works, full re-paints of apartments and houses, re-paints in between tenancies and for the marketing and sale of properties.
Door & Window Maintenance: Door repairs and adjustments on sliding, swinging, cabinet and wardrobe doors. General basic window repairs and adjustments, window winder lubrication and basic winder replacements
Wardrobes: Repairs and maintenance to doors, hinges, rollers, drawers, racks, rods and shelves
Smoke Alarms: Installation of battery operated smoke alarms and changeover batteries to existing smoke alarms
Tiling & Caulking: Minor tiling repairs and replacements, caulking and sealing of wet areas and kitchen areas
Fixtures & Fittings: Supply or re-secure items such as towel rails, toilet roll holders, coat hooks, etc.
Mould and mildew: Treatment and cleaning of mould. Re-fresh painting works in wet areas using mould inhibiting acrylic paints
