Apartment Renovation in Armadale
Glenloch is a not-for-profit charitable organisation whose primary purpose is to provide comfortable, affordable accommodation for aged-pensioners in the form of self-contained rental units for independent living. Currently Glenloch Inc. consists of multiple sites containing blocks of apartments located in the Melbourne inner-eastern suburbs of Armadale, Malvern East and Prahran. City Handyman were engaged to renovate and modernise this 1BR 1950’s apartment, with the project brief being to provide a refreshed brighter and lighter space for an aged-pensioner, using simple fittings and fixtures.
Apartment renovation works conducted by City Handyman Projects & Painting divisions included: Demolition, New Kitchen cabinetry and benchtops, New wardrobe mirrored sliding doors, Bathroom refresh including new tiles to floor and walls and new bathroom fixtures, full apartment repaint of walls, ceilings, doors and trims. Colour used was Dulux Lexicon Quarter
