City Handyman were engaged to carry out a routine work order for one of our clients Marshall White - Brighton. The tenant had reported a number of issues which were:
- An internal door handle had come loose
- A window handle had snapped
- The small kitchen bin holding device had broken
Real Estate Maintenance for property managers is a daily occurrence for the City Handyman Pro division. Once the Work Order was received and reviewed, we made contact with the tenant, booked a time, attended and carried out the required repairs, including sourcing the necessary hardware.
